    Nascentric Raises $7.2M From Intel


    Austin, Texas-based Nascentric, a developer of electronic design automation (EDA) software, announced today that it has raised $7.2M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by new investor Intel Capital, and also included prior investors Austin Ventures, Silverton Partners, and Needham Capital. Nascentric develops SPICE simulation tools and software, used by electronic design engineers to simulate their circuit designs at the physical level.
