    FiveRuns Ships Software For Ruby On Rails


    Austin, Texas-based FiveRuns announced today that the firm has shipped its a product targeted at managing the popular Ruby On Rails development environment. Venture backed FiveRuns said that its RM-Manage product offering manages Rails application lifecycle, including setup and maintenance of development environments to monitoring application performance. Ruby On Rails is an open source web framework used by web developers to create software applications. FiveRuns is backed by Austin Ventures, and also provides management software for other open source and commercial systems.
