Austin-based StoredIQ, the developer of electronic discovery software, has snagged for former Chief technology Officer at IBM Tivoli as its own CTO. The firm said it has named Tom Bishop to the position today. Bishop was most recently CTO at IronStratus, and also has served at Storspeed, BMC Software, and VIEO.
