Westlake, Texas-based software developer Solera Holdings has acquired a Spanish developer of software used for automobile insurance claims. Solera Holdings said it acquired Mensaelect S.A., a provider of web-based products for streamlining invoicing process between Spanish body shops and insurers. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Solera has been on an acquisition roll, having acquired at least seven companies in the automobile claims industry in the last couple of years, spread across a wide range of countries.
