Westlake, Texas-based Solera Holdings, the developer of software and services for the automobile insurance claims processing industry, said Friday that it has acquired CarWeB Limited, a provider of vehicle history reports and data to the UK market. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Solera said that the acquisition will help it enhance its value proposition, expand its customer base, and provide further diversification of its business.
