Westlake, Texas-based automobile insurance claims processing software provider Solera Holdings said Friday that it has acquired yet another provider of insurance software. Solera said it has acquired HyperQuest, a developer of software used to lower the processing costs and automate the manual processes from out-of-network and subrogation claims. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. HyperQuest's tools allow insurance companies to allow their customers to choose any repair shop when fixing collision damage.
