Austin, Texas-based SolarWinds, a developer of network management software, said Thursday that it has added DLT Solutions as a value-added reseller. DLT will offer SolarWinds software, which is used by IT managers to manage their enterprise networks, to federal, state, and local government agencies. SolarWinds said DLT Solutions will offer its products through a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule.
