Dallas-based SoftLayer Technologies, the provider of data center and hosting services, announced this morning that it has named Walter Z. Berger as its Chief Financial Officer. Berger joins the company from Leap Wirelesss International, and also has served at CBS Corporation and CBS Radio, Emmis Communications, LG&E Energy, and Arthur Andersen.
