Frisco, Texas-based Skywire Software, which develops software for the insurance industry, said Friday that it has promoted Ken Shapiro to Vice President of Strategic Accounts for the firm. Shapiro has been at the firm since 2007, when he joined the firm as part of Skywire's acquisition of Docucorp International. He had been at Docucorp since 1997. Shapiro has also served at Insurance Technologies International.
