Richardson-based Sipera Systems said Tuesday that the firm has been selected by partner Avaya for Avaya's partner program. According to Sipera, the membership in Avaya's DevConnect program will give it access to application programming interfaces, compliance testing, development, and co-marketing resources. Avaya is a provider of IP telephony products. Sipera is a provider of security tools for the VOIP industry.
