Richardson-based Sipera reported Tuesday that the firm's unified communications security products have been selected by Scicom Americas. Financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Sipera said that Scicom will use its products to secure its distributed call center services. Scicom provides business process outsourcing services, and is based in Tampa, Florida.
