ScrewAttack Acquired By YouTube Network Fullscreen

Dallas-based ScrewAttack, which operates a video game content site, YouTube channel, and related videogame conference, has been acquired by YouTube Network Fullscreen, the two announced Friday. Financial details of the acquisition deal were not announced by the companies. Fullscreen said it has hired all of ScrewAttack's employees, who will all remain physically in Dallas. Fullscreen--which operates a very large network of YouTube channels--said it will use the acquisition to significantly increase its presence in the game industry news and entertainment space. ScrewAttack was founded by Craig Skistimas.
