Dallas- and Austin, Texas-based RipCode said today that it has added a new member to its board of directors. RipCode has added Mark Floyd, currently CEO of Entrisphere, as a new independent member of its board. Floyd is also on the boards of Carrier Access and Tekelec. RipCode is a manufacturer of video equipment, backed by Hunt Ventures, Vesbridge Partners, El Dorado Ventures and ATA Ventures. More information »
