RFM Expands BoardRF Monolithics Inc. reported Tuesday that it has appointed Jonathan W. Ladd to its board of directors, effective Monday. The Dallas-based manufacturer of RF components and related products, said Ladd joins the board as an independent director. Ladd is president and chief executive officer at NovAtel Inc., a producer of global navigation satellite system components and subsystems. In addition to sitting on NovAtel's board, Ladd is also a member of the Point Inc. and Brilliant Telecommunications Inc. boards.
