RealPage To Shift Headquarters To Richardson

Carrollton, Texas-based rental housing software developer RealPage said Thursday that has signed a new lease on a corporate headquarters in Richardson. According to RealPage, the new, 400,000 square foot headquarters will help it reduce its cost-per-seat by approximately 20 percent, and also increase its capacity for long term employee growth. The company said the new lease begins in September of 2016. RealPage explained that, as part of the new headquarters move, it will be reducing its real estate footprint in less efficient locations, which it had acquired over time through a number of acquisitions. RealPage did not say where the new location in Richardson is located. Both Carollton and Richardson are north of Dallas.
