RadioShack Looks To Revamp Image With New Store Format
Fort Worth-based electronics retailer RadioShack said Friday that it has begun rolling oiut a brand new, store format nationwide, as it lookts to revamp its brand and image. The company said that it opened up its third, concept store in New York, as part of a rollout of the new format nationwide. RadioShack said the new concept is part of an effort to "Reinvigorate" its stores and reposition its brand, and includes things such as speaker walls, a "low touch" format with a cleaner, brighter environment and open floor; and better product placement organized around things like headsphones, speakers, and digital fitness.
