San Antonio-based IT hosting firm Rackspace reported Thursday that the Mark P. Mellin has been elected to its board. Mellin is a CPA, and was previously a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP's San Antonio office. Mellin has also previously served at Ilex Oncology, which was acquired by Genzyme.
