Q2 Holdings Sells $116.3M in Shares In Secondary Offering

Austin-based banking software developer Q2 Holdings said Friday that it closed its follow on public offering, selling 5,890,705 shares of its common stock at $19.75 per share. The offering was worth $116.3M. 1,757,290 shares of its stock were sold directly by Q2, with the remainder sold by the company's existing stockholders. Q2 develops banking and financial software, and is listed on the NYSE as QTWO. The move comes almost a year after Q2's IPO, and most likely represents the sales by the company's early venture capital backers.
