PROS Holdings Raises $75M In IPO


PROS Holdings Inc., which develops software that analyzes pricing strategies, raised more than $75 million through the initial public offering of its common stock Thursday morning. According to the Houston-based company's SEC filing, the firm priced more than 6.8 million shares at $11 per share. Trading under the symbol "PRO," the stock debuted on the New York Stock Exchange at $12.50 per share and was trading at $12.87 per share at this morning. Underwriters for the launch included JPMorgan Securities Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., which served as joint book-running managers, and Jefferies & Company Inc. and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC, which acted as co-managers.
