Pluck Ties Into Twitter
Ausin-based Pluck, the social media software firm now owned by Demand Media, said today that it has tied its social media platform into Twitter. According to Demand Media, the Pluck software now integrates the ability to invite friends on Twitter to Pluck powered web sites, to show a user's latest tweets on Pluck social media sites, and to automatically tweet things like comments, forum posts, blog posts, and photo uploads as tweets. The firm said the Twitter integration is available in the latest version of Pluck SiteLife. Demand Media said customers of the software include BSkyB, Conde Nast, Discovery Communications, Whole Foods Market, and others.
