Planview Shops MPM Division to Deltek

Austin-based portfolio management software publisher Planview announced Tuesday that it has sold the bulk of its Micro-Frame Program Manager division to Deltek Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Planview said divesting its MPM product line will allow it to focus on its core enterprise portfolio management business. The firm added that Deltek's acquisition includes products, employees and other assets related to the MPM product line. Greg Gilmore, Planview's president and chief operating officer, hailed the deal as a "win for all parties."
