Austin, Texas-based Planview said today that it has acquired San Francisco-based Business Engine, a provider of IT portfolio management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. Planview provides portfolio management for tracking IT spending, and counts Citigroup, Reuters, EDF and the US Department of Transportation as customers.
