Austin-based storage and computing appliance developer Pivot3 has signed up a partner to help the firm distribute its products in the EMEA. According to Pivot3, it has signed a distribution partnership with Avnet Technology Solutions, to distribute its vSTAC VDI products to its partners in the EMEA. Pivot3's appliances are used to simplify the deployment of virtual desktops via VMware View easier. Pivot3 says its products start at $29,999.
