petroWEB Opens Houston Office
petroWEB, a developer of geographical information systems (GIS) software, said today that it has opened up a new office in Houston, and has acquired a suite of well management software from Neuralog. petroWEB said it has set up a new Houston office as part of the acquisition of the NeuraDB data management software from Neuralog. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. petroWEB said that it hired key development, support, service, and sales resources from Neuralog with the buy. The new office will be headed by Robert Best, the previous President of Neuralog.
