Perficient Swizzles Board
Austin-based Perficient, a provider of information technology consulting, said this morning that it has appointed two new independent board members. According to the firm, John S. Hamlin and David D. May have joined its board. Hamlin is president and managing partner of Bozeman Limited Partnership, an Austin private equity firm, and has previously served as an executive at Dell Inc. May is co-founder and portfolio manager of Austin equity fund Third Coast Capital; he also has been at Ridgecrest Partners, Ardsley Partners, Luther King Capital Management, and other firms. In addition to the two new board members, Perficient said current board member Kenneth R. Johnsen will not be seeking re-election.
