Office Ally Sets Up Shop In San Antonio
Office Ally, a provider of revenue cycle management for healthcare providers, said today that it is relocating its corporate offices to San Antonio, and also opening up a new customer call center in the city. The firm is moving from Vancouver, Washington. The firm said that it is taking the space of a prior, American Express call center, to better service its clients on the East Coast. CEO Brian O'Neill cited a "much more friendly business climate" including favorable tax and other regulations, for the move. Office Ally provides healthcare providers with electronic health records, practice management systems, as well as billing services.
