NTRglobal Signs OnDeckTech
NTRglobal, a developer of remote support and access software, reported Monday that technical support specialist OnDeckTech has selected NTRglobal;s NTRsupport application to resolve IT issues and train its customers. NTRglobal said NTRsupport is a remote support application that allows support professionals to create a secure connection between their computers and those operated by users. The company added that some 8,500 organizations worldwide use NTRsupport. OnDeckTech is headquartered in Chicago and focuses on providing Mac-based support and consulting. Based in Dallas, NTRglobal distributes its applications as software-as-a-service or through on-site licenses.
