    Tyler Technologies Inks First Overseas Deal For Odyssey
    Plano-based software developer Tyler Technologies says it has inked its first international deal for its Odyssey court case management software, in Australia. According to Tyler Technologies, the deal was with Australia's Northern Territory Department of the Attorney-General and Justice. Financial details of the international win were not announced. Tyler said the deal came via its subsidiary, Tyler Technologies Australia PTY LTD.

    Solera Holdings Buys Autodata
    Westlake, Texas-based Solera Holdings has acquired UK-based Autodata a provider of technical information for the automotive aftermarket. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Autodata was founded in 1975, and started as a publisher of do-it-yourself manuals for car enthusiasts and mechanics.     Dallas-based ACTIVE Network has acquired another company, the company announced on Wednesday, Maximum Solutions, a developer of software for recreation organizers, which manages facility reservation, activity registration, membership, point of sale, and league scheduling to intelligence tools, analytics, and marketing.
