    Silicon Valley Bank Seeks Texas Startups For Outlook Survey
    Silicon Valley Bank, which provides banking services, loans, and other financial products to many startups in Texas, has opened up its annual Startup Outlook Survey, saying it is looking to make sure Texas startups are represented in the annual survey.     Perk: More Shopping On Cyber Monday Than Black Friday By Its Users
    Austin-based online rewards platform said that it expects more consumers to shop on Cyber Monday, and less on Black Friday, according to a shopping study run by the firm. Perk said it study found that more people plan to shop on Cyber Monday than on Black Friday this year, with more Black Friday consumers planning purchases, with Cyber Monday shoppers more looking at spontaneous buys.     PeopleAdmin Names New CEO
    Austin-based PeopleAdmin, which develops cloud-based talent management software for the education market, has named Jack Blaha as the company's new CEO. Former CEO Kermit Randa shifts entirely to the company's board of directors. Blaha was previously COO and EVP of Aptean, and also served as CEO of Semiconductor Support Services, was at Applied Materials, and served in the United States Army.     FloSports, T-Mobile To Offer Award $10,000 To Running Coach
    Austin-based subscription sports streaming provider FloSports and wireless carrier T-Mobile announced this morning that the two will present a $10,000 award to an American distance running coach. The new FloTrack American Distance Coach of the Year, presented by T-Mobile, will award $10,000 to the winning coach to help support their work with American distance runners.
