 Friday, September 30, 2016 Genband Gets Setback In Patent Case Frisco, Texas-based Genband has seen a setback in its patent lawsuit against UK-based Metaswitch, after a judge denied Genband's motion for a permanent injunction against Metaswitch related to a patent lawsuit.
