    StackPath Raises $150M, Acquires Three Companies
    Dallas-based StackPath, a developer of a security-as-a-service offering led by former SoftLayer CEO Lance Crosby, has raised $150M and acquired three companies. The Series A funding came from ABRY Partners. The company said it acquired content delivery network provider MaxCDN, cloud-based WAF developer Fireblade, and VPN technology provider Cloak. Crosby was the founder of SoftLayer, which he sold to IBM in 2013.

    RetailMeNot Gets The Good Housekeeping Seal
    Austin-based coupon and offer site RetailMeNot has just earned the venerable "Good Houskeeping Seal", the seal of approval from the Good Housekeeping Institute--the first time a shopping app has received such an approval.     Renovate Simply Scores Seed Funding
    Austin-based Renovate Simply, a developer of a service which helps you create a budget for renovation projects, and connects homeowners with contractors for those projects, has scored a round of seed funding. The funding came from Digitech Venture Capital fund, Central Texas Angel Network (CTAN), and other angels, according to the company's angel backers. Size of the funding round was not disclosed.
