The remainder of the company has been sold to Alarm.com. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ShippingEasy develops a web-based, multi-carrier shipping software product that helps e-commerce providers process, fulfill, and ship their products. Deanli issued $1.625 billion in 5.875 percent Senior Notes due in 2021, and $1.625 billion in 7.125 percent Senior Notes due in 2024.
