 Tuesday, May 3, 2016 BP3 Acquires Teknovare Austin-based business process management software developer BP3 Global has acquired Teknovare, a Colorado-based consulting firm providing decision support systems and customization. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. BP3 said the acquisition will help boost its presence in the decision management software and services market. Financial term sof the acquisition were not announced. Chesapeake System Solutions develops financial transaction account reconciliation and treasury software. Trintech says it will continue to offer, support, and extend Chesapeake's product line.
