Friday, November 20, 2015 Lynx Laboratories Acquired By Occipital Austin-based Lynx Laboratories, which develops mobile 3D scanning software, has been acquired by Boulder, Colorado-based Occipital, the two companies said this week. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Occipital, which also develops 3D motion capture software, said that Lynx's entire team will join the company in Boulder, and that it has acquired all Lynx technologies and intellectual property. The funding was led by Cielo Private Equity, along with others. Lisa Harris, Managing Partners at Cielo, joins the company's board with the funding.
