    Match Group Prices IPO At $12.00, To Debut On Market Thursday
    Dallas-based Match Group has priced its IPO at $12.00 per share, and will debut tomorrow on the NASDAQ Global Select Market as MTCH. The company had originally estimated its IPO range at between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. Match Group had filed for an IPO in October. Match Group sold 33.3 million shares in its IPO. The IPO was underwritten by J.P. Morgan, Allen & Company, and BofA Merrill Lynch.

    BP3 Signs New Reseller
    Austin-based business process management software developer BP3 Global said this week that it has added a new reseller, Wythe Solutions, as a partner. BP3 said that Wythe Solutions will carry its Brazos UI, Neches for Analysis, and Brazos Portal products. Wythe focuses on the IBM BPM product market.

    Wedge Networks Names CEO
    Dallas-based Wedge Networks announced this morning that it has named James Hamilton as its new Chief Executive Officer. The company, which develops software, said that Hamilton has been on its board since 2013. Hamilton the CEO of TippingPoint, which he headed through its acquisition by 3Com for $430M. Hamilton also has served at Efficient Networks, Picazo Communications, and Cyan. Dr. Hongwen Zhang, the former CEO and co-founder of Wedge Network (More info...)

    Tritium Partners, Led By Austin Ventures' Veterans, Raises $309M Fund
    Austin-based Tritium Partners, a new private equity firm which says it focuses on buyouts of growth companies in the lower middle market, said it has raised $309M in the final close of its inagural fund, Tritium I, L.P.. The company said investors in its first fund include retirement systems, private pension plans, university endowments, foundations, diversified financial institutions and insurance companies.
