    RunTitle Raises $8M
    Austin-based oil and gas data startup RunTitle, which offers up an online marketplace for mineral title data, said this morning that it has raised $8M in a Series A funding round. The funding was led by Founders Fund, and also included Deep Fork Capital, Austin Ventures, and angels.     GameStop Launches Holiday Layaways Early
    Grapevine, Texas-based videogame retailer GameStop said Thursday that it has launched its holiday layaway program, to let its customers reserve and pay for game consoles, other hardware, and more over time. GameStop said the program will run through December 20th, letting users reserve and pay for many of its most popular product through layaway.     Advanced ICU Care Expands In Houston
    Advanced ICU Care, a provider of telemedicine services, said this week that it has opened up an operations in Houston, the fourth for the company. According to the company, it opened up the center in Houston to attract critical care clinicians to help deliver its services.     Silicon Labs Hails Win At ITC In Patent Spat
    Austin-base semiconductor developer Silicon Labs hailed a win this week at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), saying that the ITC found no patent violation by the company or its customers in a dispute over its silicon TV tuner products. The ITC investigation of Silicon Labs came via a complaint of competitor Cresta Technology in February of 2014, which alleged patent infringement by Silicon Labs and its customers on three patents.
