    QC Games Opens New Game Studio In Austin, Backed By Nexon America
    A new, Austin-based videogame development studio, QC Games, has sold the rights to its first project to NEXON Co. Ltd, via its Nexon America subsidiary. NEXON said yesterday that it is in a strategic partnership to acquire the exclusive worldwide publishing and marketing rights to QC Games' first project, a so-far stealth multiplayer online action game.     Kony Moves Headquarters To Austin
    Enterprise mobility software developer Kony said Wednesday that it has moved its headquarters in Austin, to become part of what it say is "one of the fast-growing technology centers in the nation." Kony--which says it will maintain its Silicon Valley and Orlando, Florida offices--says the move comes as it looks to find the "right talent" for the company, citing Austin's place as a hub for mobile technology talent.     Diodes Acquires Pericom Semiconductor
    Plano-based semiconductor supplier Diodes Incorporated said this morning that it has acquired Pericom Semiconductor Corporation, a supplier of analog, digital and mixed-signal semiconductors used for clock and timing circuits. Diodes said it would pay approximately $400M in cash for Pericom, which it says had $129M in revenues.
