    Goodman Networks Drops IPO Effort
    Plano-based Goodman Networks is dropping its plans for an IPO, saying in a filing with the SEC that it has determined not to proceed with an offering at this time.     Yan Engines Raises $700K For Fuel Efficient Engines
    Austin-based Yan Engines, a company developing fuel efficient engines, said this morning that it has raised $700,000 in new funding. Source of the funding was not announced. Yan Engines is a graduate of the University of Texas' Austin Technology Incubator (ATI).     Able Raises $6M For Small Business Finance
    Austin-based Able, the small business lending and finance startup founded by Evan Baehr and Will Davis, said Tuesday that it has raised $6M in a Series A funding. The funding came from RPM Ventures and Blumberg Capital. Able leverages an entrepreneur's existing friends and family, matching 75% of a loan request from small businesses, as long as that business is able to raise 25% of what they need from their friends and family.

    Favor Launches First International Market, Toronto
    Austin-based on-demand deliver service Favor is heading North of the border, saying Tuesday that it is launching into its first, international market--Toronto.     Silicon Space Becomes VORAGO
    Austin-based Silicon Space Technology, the developer of semiconductor technology, said Tuesday that it has renamed the company VORAGO Technologies, and also given itself a new tagline. The company said the name change comes as the company has focused on extreme, temperature-hardening technology for semiconductors.
