 Tuesday, May 19, 2015 MyDistrict.net Sells Minority Stake Dallas-based MyDistrict.net, which develops software to manage the distribution of newspapers, has sold a minority stake to newspaper and print distributor ACI Media Group. Financial details of the deal were not announced. MyDistrict.Net was founded in 2001 in Dallas, to help manage newspaper home delivery in the Dallas market for The Dallas Morning News. The company--which is in bankruptcy--had not announced the move. RadioShack is in the midst of a bankruptcy sale. It appears RadioShack shut down the online store sometime between Monday morning and Tuesday.
