    Bloomfire Claims Record Quarter
    Austin-based Bloomfire, the developer of enterprise collaboration software, claimed it had a record quarter in Q1. The privately held firm did not disclose any financials. According to the company, it saw its first quarter new bookings grow 75 percent year to year, with such new customers as Bank of America, Cannon Financial Services, MuleSoft, GENBAND, TMW Systems and Tealium.     Texas Sees $426.6M In VC Investments In Q1

    Texas racked up $426.6M in venture capital investments in Q1 of 2015, spread across 48 deals, according to the latest PricewaterhouseCoopers/National Venture Capital Association MoneyTree Report, which was just released this evening.
