Stock has also served at an EIR at Austin Ventures, and was Chairman of Macheen, and also has served at Manugistics, Vastera, Mirage Networks, and Vovici. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Ticketsoft was founded in 2001, and sold its software to both large chains and indepedent cinema companies.
