    Harte Hanks Buys Silicon Valley Marketing Agency 3Q Digital
    San Antonio-based Harte Hanks said today that it has acquired 3Q Digital, a marketing agency with a big presence in Silicon Valley. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. The companies said that 3Q Digital's clients included Symantec, SurveyMonkey, Wine.com and California Closets. The buy adds more than 150 employees to Harte Hanks in San Francisco, San Mateo, San Diego and Chicago.

    ZS Pharma Seeks $150M In Secondary Offering
    Fort Worth-based biopharmaceuticals firm ZS Pharma has filed for a secondary public offering, saying in a recent filing that it is looking to raised $150M in the offering, ten months after its successful IPO. The company did not detail other information on who would be selling the shares in the offering. ZS Pharma is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market as ZSPH.     Caringo Wins Cloud Backup Provider
    Austin-based object storage software developer Caringo said today that it has scored a win with Data Deposit Box, a provider of cloud backup and recovery for SMBs. Financial impact of the win was not announced. Data Deposit Box is using Caringo's Swam object storage software. Caringo said the two have estimated a savings of $50,000 each month in OPEX due to reduction in footprint in Data Deposit's data center racks.

    Hypori Gets $6.7M For BYOD Security
    Austin-based Hypori, a developer of secure mobile infrastructure software aimed at the bring-your-own-device (BYOD) market, said today that it has raised $6.7M in a Series A1 funding. The funding came from Green Visor Capital, along with other un-named investors. Hypori said the funding will go to ramp up commercial sales. The new funds bring the total raised by the company to $13.8M. Hypori is led by Justin Marston, and said it developed its technology (More info...)

    Sunnova Rolls Out Zero Down Solar Ownership Program
    Houston-based solar power company Sunnova said it has launched a new, zero down solar program called the EZ Own program, which it said will offer homeowners the ability to own their own solar power systems without upfront costs or maintenance expenses.
