    Triune Systems Acquired By Semtech For $45M
    Plano-based Triune Systems, a developer of wireless charging and power management products, has been acquired by semiconductor maker Semtech. California-based Semtech said it paid approximately $45M for Triune, split between $35M in cash upfront plus $10M in six months, in addition to additional contingent consideration.     OrgSync Acquired By iModules
    Dallas-based OrgSync, which develops community management software for the higher education market, has been acquired by iModules Software, a developer of software for managing alumni at educational institutions. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. iModules is based in Kansas. The two said the combined solution will offer up a broader range of solutions for higher education insitutions.     Tradentrix Opens Data Center In Carrollton
    Houston-based cloud data service provider Tradentrix said Tuesday that it has opened up a new, cloud services data center, in Carollton, Texas. According to Tradentrix, its new data center is located in the CyrusOne data center in Carollton, and will offer up cloud-based disaster recovery services to its clients.     RentEval Acquired By Rapoport Investments
    Dallas-based RentEval, a developer of smartphone software used for property evaluations, has been acquired by Rapoport Investment, the investment firm of angel investor Neal Rapoport, the two said today. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed, although the companies said it was a "six figure" deal.     GENBAND Wins Deal In Czech Republic
    Frisco-based GENBAND reported late last night that it has scored a win in the Czech Republic, with T-Mobile Czech Republic. Financial details of the sale were not announced. GENBAND said T-Mobile is using its QUANTiX Session Border Controller (SBC) for a SIP trunking application at its two Czech data centers.
