Monday, March 2, 2015 Silicon Labs Wins Patent Ruling At ITC Austin-based Silicon Labs reported this morning that it has scored a patent ruling win at the U.S. international Trade Commission (ITC), after an Administrative Law Judge rules that all of the patent asserted against the company's products are either invalid or not infringed. Silicon Labs had been sued by Cresta Technology in February of 2014, over alleged patent infringement related to television tuners. posted on Monday, March 2, 2015(Full story) Krystallize Technologies Finds $1.2M For Cloud Monitoring Austin-based Krystallize Technologies said this morning that it has raised $1.2M in a seed funding round, and launched its real time, cloud performance monitoring product. Krystallize said the funding came from a number of un-named angel investors. Mitel said it will pay $560M in cash and stock for Mavenir. The deal is worth $17.94 per share of Mavenir. Mitel said it will pay $11.08 plus 0.675 of a Mitel common share for each share of Mavenir common stock.
