    Techstars: Austin Tech Startup Community Alive, Kicking
    Austin Ventures might be fading away, but Austin most definitely is not, says technology startup accelerator Techstars. On a post to the accelerator's blog, co-founder David Cohen said that there are "truly great startups" being born in Austin regularly, and that Techstars plans to continue to invest in Austin.     Q2 Holdings Plans Secondary Offering
    Austin-based Q2 Holdings said Monday afternoon that it plans to launch a secondary offering on the public markets, and will sell 4,559,156 shares of its common stock. The offering is worth approximately $91M. Q2 said that it is selling 1,500,000 shares in the offering with 3,059,156 shares being offered by certain selling stockholders.     RealPage Wins Affordable Housing Operator
    Carrollton, Texas-based RealPage reported a win Monday afternoon with Interstate Realty Management Company, which it says is the second largest operator of affordable and mixed income communities in the United States.     Revionics Targets Europe, Russia With New Partnership
    Austin-based merchandising software developer Revionics is targeting the German, Central European, and Russian market with a new partnership, the company announced today. Revionics said it is in a partnership with Strategiix Enterprise Technology GmbH, to help expand its market in German-speaking countries, Central Europe and Russia.
