    Travelocity Sold To Expedia For $280M
    Southlake, Texas-based Travelocity, which is owned by Sabre, has been sold to travel site Expedia, in a deal worth $280M in cash, the two said Friday.     AT&T Launches New Ed-Tech Startup Accelerator

    Dallas-based carrier AT&T said Thursday that it has launched a new, startup accelerator, aimed at the education and technology market, called the AT&T Aspire Accelerator. AT&T said the new accelerator aims to help inspire "game-changing" solutions to real world education problems.     XOR Data Exchange Finds $1.8M For Data Sharing
    Austin-based XOR Data Exchange, a provider of data sharing services for companies in the financial services, telecommunications, and other industries, said this week that it has raised $1.8M in a funding round. The startup, led by Mike Cook, said the funding came from Chicago Ventures and KGC Capital.     PROS Names New CFO
    Houston-based pricing software developer PROS has appointed a new CFO, saying recently that it as named Stefan B. Schulz as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Schulz was most recently CFO of Divial River, and also served at Lawson Software, BMC Software, and Arthur Andersen & Co. PROS says Schulz replaces retiring CFO Charles H. Murphy. PROS develops software used for pricing, sales quoting, rebates and revenue management.
