Thursday, January 15, 2015 SpareFoot Names New CFO Austin-based online self storage marketplace SpareFoot has hired on a new Chief Financial Officer, saying Wednesday that it has named Mel Tang as CFO. Tang was most recently the CFO of Demand Media, and also had served at UBS Investment Bank. SpareFoot said the search for its CFO was led by Bespoke Partners. The company is a graduate of the TechStars Austin accelerator.
