 Thursday, October 30, 2014 GameSalad Rolls Out iOS 8 Enhancements Austin-based GameSalad, which develops software which helps people easily create videogame apps on iOS, has rolled out an enhanced version of its software optimized for Apple's new iOS 8. According to GameSalad, its updated Mac Creator 0.12 software now has iOS 8 compatibility, iPhone 6 and 6 plus support, Google Play IAP support, and new game templates. Spiceworks said this week that it has helped to launch Obliterase, an app which helps IT professionals decommission their IT assetss from Spiceworks' software. Built in Spiceworks is a program to help startups approach and work with the big community of IT pros who use Spiceworks and are part of that company's online community. According to Clarify, the funding came from Projector Ventures, Silverton Partners, Blake Chandlee, Michale Rauchman, Brett Hurt, and Sam Decker. According to Clarify, it has developed a platform which allows developers to embed audio and video search directly into their mobile and web applications.
