    Upland Software Sets IPO Pricing Range
    Austin-based Upland Software has moved one step closer to an IPO, saying in a filing late Monday that it is now expecting its IPO to price at between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. The company is hoping to sell 3,846,154 shares of its common stock in the IPO on the NASDAQ Global Market, as UPLD.     PROS Completes Cameleon Software Buy
    Houston-based software developer PROS says its has completed its acquisition of French company Cameleon Software SA, having now acquired 95 percent of the outstanding shares and voting rights of Cameleon. PROS said that it will delist Cameleon from the NYSE Euronext in conjunction with the buy. Cameleon Software was a developer of configuration, pricing, and quoting software.     NIMBOXX Partners With VDIworks
    Austin-based software defined data center products developer NIMBOXX, which is
    venture backed by SMC Holdings, said it is partnering with virtual desktop company VDIworks. NIMBOXX said the deal will use its infrastructure platform to reduce the cost and complexity of managing virtual desktop (VDI) deployments. Financial details of the partnership were not announced.     Mavenir Targets SMB Support With PBX Product
    Richardson-based telecom equipment maker Mavenir Systems has rolled out a new product aimed at helping its customers serve the small and medium business market.
