    Metacloud, With Ops In Austin, Acquired By Cisco
    Metacloud, the cloud infrastructure startup which set up shop in Austin in June, has been acquired by Cisco, the companies said Wednesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.     ACE Data Recovery Courts Spanish Market
    Dallas-based ACE Data Recovery, a provider of hard drive data recovery services, said today that it is making a major expansion to service the Spanish speaking market. According to ACE Data Recovery, it is looking to help address the large population in the United States which speaks Spanish as a native language.     Abila Sets Sales VP
    Austin-based Abila, the developer of software for nonprofits, said today that it has named Randy Potts as the company's new Senior Vice President of Sales. Potts joins the company from LogicMonitor, where he was also SVP of Sales. He also was Chief Sales Officer for Spredfast, in addition to serving at COnvio and CareerBuilder. Abila said it used Bespoke Partners for its executive search.

    Mavenir Systems Opens International Development Offices
    Dallas-based telecom software and hardware developer Mavenir Systems is opening up two new, international development offices, the company said this morning. According to Mavenir, it has opened up offices in Bangalore, India, and Shanghai, China, to support the development and deployment of its products in the Asia Pacific region.
